Leadership Training for Presidents, Boards of Trustees and committee chairs in the WCC. Our Boards often think their dilemmas are unique when in fact much can be gained by knowing other congregations’ Board members and what they are doing.  Peter Kandis will lead the morning session where you can learn skills to manage a meeting, set goals, motivate volunteers and more.  The afternoon time will be focused on topical subjects such as stewardship, worship, communication, finance and others.
